Will I lose control in hypnosis?

You will remain awake and aware. Hypnosis is a natural and relaxed state similar to just before falling asleep. The goal is to gain control of your mind, not lose it.

What does hypnosis feel like?

You've likely experienced the state of hypnosis in your day to day life. You're awake but deeply relaxed. Like when you're lost in a daydream, driving somewhere familiar, or watching a really good movie.

What if I can't be hypnotized?

This is a common worry, but I have yet to meet a client who was unable to relax. Most clients are shocked by the ability to quiet their thoughts. Live personalized hypnosis helps you go much deeper than a recorded hypnosis or meditation.

How many sessions will it take to see results?

This will depend on what you are working on, however most clients notice feeling more calm after the first session and a full transformation after 5 sessions. 

Does hypnosis work online through Zoom?

Yes! I have been conducting sessions solely online for years and results are just as effective as in person. Most clients find they can more easily relax being in their own familiar space.

I'm busy/not sure it's the right time. How do I know I'm ready?

There will never be 'enough time' or the 'best time' to start. No prep work or homework is required. Just your commitment to 5, 1-hour sessions. Can you spare 5 hours for a life with more peace and freedom?
